ICE_BREAKING__Feb04 Newyork NEW YORK , NY., (Jan.28, 2004)--The Coast Guard Cutter Wire, a 65-foot icebreaking tug homeported in Saugerties, N.Y., makes its way through an ice flow in New York Harbor Jan. 28, 2004.
